Status of compatibility with the requirements
The accessibility requirements result from § 1 HmbBITVO in conjunction with § 3 paragraphs 1 to 4 and paragraph 4 of the federal BITV, which was issued on the basis of § 11 HmbBGG.
The verification of compliance with the requirements is based on an evaluation carried out by TWIN CUBES GmbH in the period from 21.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 using a BIK BITV test (web). Result of the review: The website is not compliant with the aforementioned legislation. Specifically, none of the 9 representatively selected pages were assessed as BITV/EN 301 549-compliant.
