Innovationspark Altona
Hamburg wants to become the leading location for innovation and economic growth in the life sciences sector. This is why the tecHHub Hamburg at Innovationspark Altona is a pioneering location for start-ups and young technology-oriented companies.
Start-up Labs Hamburg
Start-up Labs Hamburg offers innovative deep-tech start-ups exclusive office, laboratory and workshop space for rent in three buildings covering a total of 4,500 m2. The companies are not only provided with ideal spatial conditions in an architecturally attractive building. They also have access to workshops, coaching sessions, networking events and a connection to the research campus to develop their company in the ecosystem in the best possible way.
Makerspace in the DESY Innovation Village
The makerspace at DESY Innovation Factory offers experimental areas for 3D printing, mechanics and electronics for innovative product ideas from the deep tech sector. Prototypes are developed here and tested for their feasibility in reality. Office space, co-working spaces and rooms for community events are available for the evaluation and exchange of results.
Tenders & Jobs
It's not just scientists, engineers and students who can find exciting jobs in Hamburg Bahrenfeld - people with non-academic backgrounds can too. There are apprenticeships in workshops, computer centers, administration and catering for young people who want to learn a profession with a future in the special environment of the research campus.
