The research building for the "Quantum Universe" Cluster of Excellence is HAFUN - Hamburg Fundamental Interactions Laboratory - is being planned. The HAFUN will be the new home for scientists in the field of physics and an architectural highlight at Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld.
The research building will create a new anchor point for the University of Excellence Hamburg in this unique science quarter. Excellent research needs excellent research infrastructure: with the HAFUN project, the University of Excellence Hamburg is helping to strengthen Hamburg as an international science hub.
