Identifying and Preparing Edible Wild Plants

Patricia Rigorth of the “Schenefelder Beete e.V.” association demonstrates that the European XFEL campus is not only home to cutting-edge technology, but that the site’s nature-oriented design and restoration efforts have created extensive green spaces that provide a habitat for a wide variety of plants and animals.
